Plant Based Durable Textiles
Description:
I would like to learn more about existing technologies and new innovations in plant based durable textiles, such as plant-based leather or plant based breathable clothing. Specifically, I would like guidance to help “cut through all the noise” and to truly understand the challenges of making a plant-based leather with eco-friendly ingredients and processes (without petroleum-based chemicals). Additionally I would like to identify promising research for continuing to monitor developments in this space.
