I would like to learn more about Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) with specific interest in understanding Scope 3 RECs. In particular, I am currently exploring an investment for use in a fertilizer factory that would use the carbon emissions from a waste management landfill site to power the production of ammonia fertilize. The ideal candidate will be able to assess this specific use case while offering additional ideas on how to obtain RECs.
