Reciprocal Deposits for Public Investment Pools
Description:
I would like to learn about reciprocal deposits. Specifically, I would like to speak with someone who has experience with reciprocal deposits (eg. CDARS, ICS, DDM) for public (i.e. municipality fund) investment pools. In particular, I want to understand if the ability and need exists for public investment pools to participate in reciprocal deposit programs. In addition, I would like to understand the current regulations, any specific limitations, and the demand for these investment products used by financial networks.
