Description:
I would like to speak with professionals who have experience with the sanding process and the addition of sweet and sour ingredients found on jelly candy. In particular, I would like to better understand the overall process to pilot a sanded chewy candy product, from the equipment design stage, through data modeling and simulations, in order to optimize and validate the product development process at different scales. In addition, I would like to discuss how best to scale up to pilot plants once a product is ready for commercialization.
