I would like to understand the process steps and machines needed to produce more than 3 million pounds (industrial scale) of Diacetyl Tartaric Acid Ester of Mono- and Diglycerides (DATEM, also E472e) annually in the United States. In particular, I would like to define the amount of raw materials required for a pound (lb) of product and developing a table that describes, per each step of the process, which kind of machines are needed with detailed information such as capital cost, throughput, and employees needed to make them work (as highlighted in the table here: https://tinyurl.com/5ypjz37k ).
