Description:
I would like to understand current manufacturing processing, capabilities, and machinery for pasta production. Ideally, I would like to understand the typical formulations for various wheat and non-wheat pasta families and to define capital costs and throughput for machinery used for pasta production (as highlighted in the table here: https://tinyurl.com/3x4n3fc7). I would like to determine if the same machine can be used with anticipated throughput changes based on different pasta shapes and moisture levels.
