Case Study: Panelists Needed

At Maven, we pride ourselves on providing our customers with the fastest way to source outside expertise. Recently, we received a request from a customer looking to put together a panel of experts with very specific expertise within a very short time frame. Not only did this customer need niche expertise, but the experts were required to be onsite within days for the panel discussion.

With a turnaround time of only five days, Maven was asked to fill the panel with relevant experts. In order for this to occur, we needed to screen candidates that possessed the specific background and knowledge set that our customer required and ensure their availability to be onsite on short notice.

The customer decided that the best way to solve the challenge of finding these individuals would be to run a series of and product as well, which is providing them with the ability to not only asses candidates’ qualifications for the position, but also their written communication skills. After the initial engagement the customer reported back, saying, “Not only did the subject matter experts that Maven presented to us provide extremely valuable insight to the direction of the project, but they were the highlight of the panel discussion.”
