Post-COP21 ThinkTank: Aligning US Business and Climate
Just four days after the Paris Climate Change Conference, we partnered with our friends at Convetit to co-host a Virtual ThinkTank of leading energy scientists, sustainability experts, and policy officials to discuss the climate goals set at COP21 and their feasibility.
The outcome was a lively virtual discussion that resulted in hundreds of pages of cross-industry collaboration and debate. Visit the key takeaways.
Case Study:Shaking Things Up (Blender Technology)
While there are now more vitamin-enriched and “superfood” juices to choose from than ever before, many consumers are left feeling unsatisfied, voicing concern that blended beverages are not as nutrient-dense as their whole food counterparts.
Tackling the problem head-on, the new product development team at a consumer device company wanted to develop a blender that would enhance the preservation of vital nutrients during the blending process. Find out how the team gathered perspectives from nutritionists, food scientists and physicians, and even gained access to a premier food science lab to develop a superior blender technology.
