The Solution

With access to their company’s Knowledge Community, and with the assistance of their dedicated Account Manager, they were able to very quickly launch an Electronic Survey to the relevant teams. Using the survey as a written interview, they were able to first get a sense of who was doing what well, where, and followed up with Telephone Consultations with the most insightful respondents. Once they had the right answer, implementing the digital twins across the company was as simple as reaching back out to the original survey population.
