Advanced Predictive Analytics in Quality Assurance Practices
Description:
I would like to speak with someone who is familiar with artificial intelligence and predictive software applicable to quality assurance (QA) manufacturing processes. In particular, I would like to learn more about how companies can utilize this type of technology to predict failure modes for new products and percentage of new product returns to vendor (RTV). Overall, I would like to discuss the market for advanced methodologies to achieve best in class return rates for different product categories and how this is benchmarked across other world-class suppliers in categories.
Note: I have some specific interest in understanding products that have a relatively high return-to-vendor (RTV) rate in the home products category including pumps, vanities, and ceiling fans.
