Consumer-Centric Innovation Practices
Description:
I would like to speak with professionals who been involved with consumer-centric innovation and can speak to productivity goals, day-to-day efficiency, and the strategy or insights behind designing collaborative (and efficient) facilities. Within our prototyping facility, our organization is aiming to re-design the functional space to be more collaborative across teams and maximize the cultural impact of doing so. Ultimately, I would like to understand how we can approach this design and gain insight into why other organizations have decided to shift to this more open design.
