I would like to speak with quality assurance professionals within the fermentation industries including chemical, pickles, beer, etc. In particular, I would like to learn more about the fermentation process and common causes of fermentation failure. I am also interested in learning about relevant air systems maintenance within these processes (venting, filling, etc.) identify any areas of improvement.
