I would like to speak with QA and maintenance managers working in dairy plants, especially those with experience in extended shelf-life dairy, cultures, yogurts, and other fermented dairy products. I am interested to learn more about the QA systems in place, with special interest for those who can speak about use of clean air in their processes (compressed or otherwise), how cleanliness is maintained, and what challenges are common.
