Terms for Panel
Maven Research, Inc. (Maven) supports partners who utilize professional audiences for market research studies (“B2B panel”), subject to the following terms. Please read these terms carefully. By requesting B2B panel from Maven you accept these terms.
Prior to beginning a panel project, we require, in writing, the study topic, target audience, LOI, N, and expected timeline for the project. Additional details are encouraged, especially questionnaire documents.
All quoted cost per incidence/interview (CPI) from Maven will be inclusive of all fees. Final cost of a panel project will be dependent upon the number of complete responses delivered by Maven. Unless otherwise specified, our minimum CPI is USD $50.00. If you provide a target CPI with your panel request, Maven reserves the right to decline to provide sample if it deems that the requested CPI is insufficient for the requested audience.
We require the use of the following redirect links on all panel projects. You must confirm in writing that these redirects have been programmed into your survey platform before we commence routing sample. Maven strongly recommends the use of test links to validate proper setup before survey launch.

When a panel project is launched, Maven will generate a notification to the Project Owner and provide the ability to suspend the project. Upon project suspension, a separate notification will be generated to provide the ability to resume the project. To achieve the best completion rate through Maven we recommend utilizing the Suspend/Resume action links immediately when a project status has changed.
If you will be conducting quality checks on panel responses, we must receive written notification of any removals or terminations as soon as possible, but no longer than seven (7) calendar days after completing a study. After seven (7) days, it should be assumed that all completed responses will be invoiced and we will not accept rejections. For disqualifying a response due to quality issues, please call the appropriate URL: https://app.maven.co/panel-offer/{PARTICIPANT_ID}/unqualify or notify us at panel.support@maven.co. Please provide a respondent’s ID, geography, and the specific reason for the rejection so we may investigate and take appropriate action with the respondent in question.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. We recommend that you visit this page periodically. Your use of our website and services after we make any such changes constitutes your acceptance of any such changes.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any or all of the services we provide at our sole discretion. Except for refundable fees you have advanced to us (if any), we are not liable to you for any modification or discontinuance of any of our services. We have the right to restrict anyone from access to or use of any of our services.
